Why You Need a Nintendo Switch

Today I’m going over the reasons why you need a Nintendo Switch.

Giving While on a Budget

Today we will explore the difficulties that come with the desire to be a giving person while sticking to a budget.

Mimi’s Ham and Spinach Quiche

This is my version of my mom’s ham and spinach quiche. I’ve included her original recipe as well.

Missy’s Skinny Pumpkin Pie

Skinny Pumpkin Pie is made with non-fat plain yogurt.

Stromboli Braid Recipe

Greek Dancer Vests

This is a brief overview of how I made our Greek Dancer Vests.

Robert’s Tuna Cakes

This is my husband Robert’s tuna cake recipe. He uses pickled onions to give them their distinctive taste but you can always substitute regular onions if you want.

Hi everyone!  I’m Missy. Welcome to my blog.  It’s kind of a catch all of life.  Here, my cohorts and I will cover many and varied topics.  I’m glad you’ve come to visit with us. Enjoy your stay.  Let me introduce my menagerie

In Unless the Lord Builds the House, I’d like to share the story of our house in progress.  My hope is that it will inspire you to tackle even the most daunting household issues.
In Woodworks I will be showcasing the mad woodworking skills of my husband and my father.  They have both been carpenters for many years and have collaborated on a ton of different projects.  I hope you enjoy their work as much as I do.
Have I mentioned how much I love Being Crafty?  I’ve dabbled in knitting & crocheting among other various crafts but my true love is for sewing and recently I’ve really gotten into upholstery.  In this series I will focus on all things craft.
In my house, we love to eat.  I don’t mean we just love to eat large quantities of food.  I mean that we love food that has seasoning and complex flavors. In Let’s Eat I will be sharing some of my favorite recipes.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  In Beauty & Style I will share posts about the things that make us beautiful on the outside.
Here’s the thing.  Wellness is probably the series I need to work on the most.  Sure, everyone wants to be healthy and fit, but it’s so stinking difficult.  Just like you, I go back and forth with eating right and exercising. This is a journey, not a destination.  We have to just keep going in the right direction, right? Lord, I hope so.
I love spending time with my family, even though they’re a bunch of crazy people.  Here I will share some of the fun things we have done together as well as fun things I’ve found but haven’t yet had the time to try.
In my job, every day I see people who have no idea how to budget. In Budgeting and FInance, my hope is to give relatively simple and easy to follow suggestions to help you develop a budget and follow it.
I am a Christian, I am a mom, I am a blonde, I have the spiritual gift of Zany, I have a very irreverant sense of humor, my goal in life is to leave the world a little laughier than I found it. I write short and medium length stories and poems about my crazy life. My life is a sitcom, called Blondeland.
